Fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to make anything from morning coffee to Thanksgiving dinner.  500 Thread count Pima cotton sheets, Pendelton wool blankets, soft pillows, cozy comforters. Cable TV, a soft sofa and armchairs in the "Hobbit " living room, to nestle into with a good book. Dining area seats 8-10 for a home cooked dinner .

Deck furnished to enjoy a glass of wine and the sunset overlooking the river, twilight dinner and a glass of wine, or lazy days napping in the sun.

Three miles to historic Healdsburg Plaza, with amazing food, wine , shopping, and easy access to all the wineries .

Main House:

-2 Bedrooms, and one bathroom with Large Shower and double vanity. Sleeps 4 adults plus children.Large living room, and a dining room with a table that seats 8-10, with a sweeping view of the river.

-Fully equipped kitchen, large wrap around furnished deck with river view and Weber gas barbeque

-Large private and secluded riverfront garden, with a 6 person hot tub in a fern grotto

Pricing:  $550/night + $100 one time cleaning fee

+ 12% Sonoma Tax ( total nights + cleaning fee x 12%)

+ $30 booking fee

Add the "Nest " Guest Cottage: 

Add the self contained cottage behind the main house, which offers supplemental accommodation for 2 adults ( not available to rent separately)

-One bedroom, with queen bed,  and shower bathroom, small outdoor deck

Pricing to rent both main House and Nest : 

$675/ night + $120 cleaning fee

12 % Sonoma Transient Occupancy Tax ( add the total cost for all nights, and cleaning fee, then calculate 12 % of that total)

$30 booking fee

A damage deposit of $350 is also payable upon reservation, refundable after satisfactory check out.

Policies: 

Rates include accommodations for up to 6 adults. No more than 4 adults may sleep in Main House. For larger groups, overflow lodging may be available nearby. Please inquire. Rates quoted are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Minimum 3 night stay is required July-Aug. & major holidays, unless 3rd night is not available .Weekly rentals: Sunday check in/out preferred
Taxes & Fees
9.0% Sonoma County Lodging Tax
$100 Cleaning/Laundry fee (Main House); $120 (both units)
$30 Reservation fee
Payment Terms:
Payments accepted via personal check, VISA and Mastercard (2.9% bank fee applies to credit card transactions). A 50% deposit is required to hold space; balance is due 30 days prior to check in + $350 refundable security deposit
Rental Agreement:
Signed rental agreement and waiver of liability is required for all bookings.
Redwood Tree House Cancellation Policy: All reservations are final. A full refund will be given on deposits and/or full payments when canceled 60 days or more prior to check in date, less a $75.00 cancellation charge.
If cancelled inside the cancellation period and owners are unable to rebook the property for all or part of renter/s contracted time period at the same rate, all payments will be forfeited. To ensure that the property meets expectations, prospective guests or their representatives are welcome to schedule an advance showing by the owners. There is no refund of rent for a no show or an early departure.
